ok we have panelled doors leading to large dinning room at front with windows to side and front this room is light and airy again wooden flooring .a great room to have the family/guests dinng table .the other rooms consist of bathroom ready to tile and install your bath there is a new toliet allready fitted in this room ,then we have the fireplace room, with large fireplace in one wall ,what a lovely room this is ,could this be the guests sitting room or your private room ? if you did, land here is plenty so you could get a field oppisite and grow you fresh vegatables no problems on that ,the heating for the property has been designed to have seperate wood burners in each room ,if this is not to your liking ,then with ease a simple heating system could be installed at a fraction of the cost it is in the uk .as said prior, we have left a part blank canvas for you WHY ?because this house deserves that special touch ,your own touch to make this your perfect home ,we being builders can of course complete this required work for you at cost .as well as helping you with all the legal side of buying in bulgaria (which is very easy indeed )we can also help you all the way with things like prices ,places to go ,historic sites ,and of course the way of living over here ,which i must say is far more relaxed than the uk .for example car tax for a year is only �37.00 any car that is !!!! car insurance is low as well at approx �85.00 ayear ,what with cheap electric bills and internet services from the start your saving money ,the health care system here is one of the best ,if you find you have a health problem ?theres no waiting lists of 6 weeks your seen that day without fail ,bulgaria is in the eu now and is fast becomming the place to relocate simply because of the money you save by living here, we are a family of 4 and we live well on �100.00 per week all in ,so why not think about it for a while ?then again whats to think about ?do you stay in the uk ,collect your so called pension live that drab life with all the crime around you ?or do you relocate to this little part of heaven !!! i did and never looked back ,the locals are so friendly ,the tranquillity is unreal as is the general way of life ,we are offering you this choice of lifestyle never to be found again anywhere at a price that you could not even put down as a deposit on a flat in the uk ,all legal paper work is in both english and bulgarian , so as we understand it .as said we can if required help you with this ,the varna coast is only 3 hrs drive away ,sofia airport is only 1 hr away ,so be it .but in this village we live in our own world .do as we please when we please ,what more could you ask from this life .thankyou for you attention whilst reading this ,put it on hold for a while and read it again sometime as i really cannot explain in words the complete beauty of this place ,we have loads more pictures if you require please just ask as we have picture views from the top of the mountain behind the property looking over to the balkan mountains which seperate nth and south bulgaria also if you require any further information we are at hand for you ,again thankyou
